Welcome to Goddess Nail Studio and Academy! Before you start, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. By enrolling in our program, you agree to abide by these terms. Our program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful nail technician. We are committed to providing you with the best possible training experience, and we look forward to working with you!

By enrolling in Goddess Nail Studio and Academy you agree to term and conditions of the education.

Fee structure

- Course fee is to be cleared in full prior to 2 weeks of course commencement. 

- There is a flat enrollment fee of $300 to be paid in advance to book your seat for the course.

- Course fee or enrollment fee is nonnegotiable and nonrefundable under any circumstances.
- Fees are subject to small change without notice.

- Making the first instalment in a payment plan is considered enrolment in any course and therefore obliges you to continue with your payments until fees are paid in full.

- Any payments defaulted and/or not paid with no communication will result in immediate cancellation of your course with rescheduled dates to be discussed once course fees have been received in full. Payments are non-refundable under any and all circumstances. 

- We reserve the right to modify or cancel any course at any time.

Course structure
- You will receive your course outline (i.e. information on class dates and times, model and homework requirements, and practice routine) once enrolment is confirmed (i.e payment is received). Most of the courses are Brillbird brand focused to give the best training in that brand and certification.
- Course must be completed (including any applicable exams, must be passed) 365 days from date of commencement, failing to do so, to complete the enrolled course will be charged per module (to be paid 2weeks in advance - nonrefunable).
- Along with full time courses, Goddess Nail Studio and Academy offers part-time courses option too on request and require student to practice from home. By enrolling in any course at Goddess Nail Studio and Academy, you understand that you are obliged to practice your technique and application at home in-between relevant classes.
- Course structure is subject to small change without notice.

- Each module is scheduled for 1 class per week, depending on the course. This allows you to balance your studies with work and other commitments.
- We run by the course and exam structure written by and provided to us by Brillbird New Zealand.
- We offer additional mentoring sessions outside of your set course hours, in case you feel the need for extra training. These sessions are available by the hour at an additional charge. We have structured our courses to provide you with the optimal amount of time required to understand, practice and apply the theory, technique and product taught.

- Course fee may vary without notice.

- Most of the course fee includes the kits in it and will be mentioned in the description of the course.

In-person Training

- All the courses, upskills or workshops will be held in person i.e. in salon training, at Goddess Nail Studio, Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand.

- Students are expected to use their kits during the training. 

- Students are required to practice at home to create their portfolio as per course requirements to fit Brillbird standards. 

- Students must bring their own model for most course trainings. we will highly recommend to get someone you can trust, your friend or family member. 

- You, your work and your model may be record by photos or videos by Goddess Nail Studio and Academy for marketing purpose on social media for both Goddess Nail Studio and Academy and Brillbird New Zealand. If you are uncomfortable, you have the right to say no and we will respect your decision and will not record your training session.

- We will not tolerate any misbehaving or disrespectful behavior or nasty comments in the class, please be mindful. 

- We at Goddess Nail Studio and Academy believe that practice is essential to master the skills required to pass your exam and progress through your modules. If you are unable to practice in-between classes, please let us know so we can discuss the possibility of rescheduling your training dates. Please note that last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a No show at class with no communication may incur a rescheduling fee.
